O, and it's soft as a baby's butt!

I just finished an unnamed shawl. It is huge, it's a wonderful colour and it is soft as a baby's butt.
Aaaand it's organic. 100%!

Some food porn for you vegan food lovers out there.
This is a sunflower baguette, draped with veganaise, arugola-roasted bell pepper and eggplant, fresh tomatoes and marinated tempeh
How to make it?
Easy.
Sarah's scrumptious tempeh sammish
Per person
3 slices of tempeh
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
a good handful of arugola
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tomato
3 slices of eggplant
3 slices of bell pepper
veganaise
Marinate the tempeh in the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup and liquid smoke.
Mix up the arugola and the olive oil and rub the eggplant and bell pepper with it.
Heat up the oven to 350.
Put the eggplant and bell pepper in there for 20 minutes.
Cut up the tomato in small pieces.
Put the veganaise and the tomato on the baguette.
Fry the tempeh slices til golden brown on both sides.
Put tempeh, eggplant and bell pepper on the sammish.
Bite!
Apples and cherries.
Apples need smaller stalks, I think.
